TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • A deposit of 33% is required on booking and the balance is payable 3 weeks before arrival. Reservations by telephone or e-mail will be held for five days until the deposit is received. All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Holidays commence no earlier than 3 pm on the day of arrival and end no later than 10 am on the day of departure.

  • All pets are welcome, free of charge and all cottages now have their own enclosed area for your pets..

  • We pride ourselves on a high degree of cleanliness by personal supervision. We would therefore be grateful if any damages or breakages could be notified so they may be rectified.

  • All beds are made up for your arrival and we supply dishcloths and tea towels. Towels can be hired for a nominal charge.

  • No more than the maximum number of people, as shown on the booking form, are to occupy the property.

  • Short breaks are available between October and Easter. Rates are charged daily at one sixth of the weekly rate.

  • In the event of a holiday being cancelled, we will endeavour to relet and, if successful, all monies will be refunded, less expenses.

  • A baby-sitting and pet-sitting service is usually available by prior arrangement.
